  • How much does a subscription cost?

    It costs $10 a month to subscribe. 
  • Where do I subscribe?

    You can subscribe by purchasing a subscription on our Subscribe! tab (at the top of the homepage).
  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your subscription, go to your account (click your name in the corner), and hit "Manage Subscriptions". From there you can delete or cancel your membership.
  • When are your restocks?

    We announce our restocks via Instagram, Twitter, and other social media. We plan on having two restocks a month.
  • Are your products 100% authentic?

    All of our products are 100% authentic guaranteed. We do not buy or sell any unauthorized, fake, or replica products.
  • How are the sales of the restock handled?

    Our restocks will drop at 9 PM (planned time, can be subject to change), Eastern Standard Time. 

    The shoes are sold on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis. The first customer to complete checkout will be sold the shoe. There is no guarantee of buying a shoe if you subscribe. Be quick!
